Today's workout tip, vary your workouts. I see people in the gym everyday doing the same
bodybuilding type exercises. These exercises make you better at doing these exercises. They
do build muscle tissue and burn calories which are great results. To improve your ability to run
or jump or throw or bend over and pick up a box try interval training, experiment with
