8/11/02 I ran a self timed 200 meters @ 25.24 in tennis shoes. I had to look at the clock over and over again.
I didn't think I had it in me. Then 8/12/02 I had a new PR bench press of 260.

My subcutaneous fat layer continues to diminish and my vascularity increases. I have to attribute this to
improving nutrition and interval workouts on the track. I have also been using a new (to me) approach to lifting
in which I do a 12 week cycle beginning with speed endurance moves and ending with power moves.
My advancing age hasn't slowed my ability to improve. The body loves work.
